to interact. Resolve has been developed to work alongside or replace
the traditional telephone helpdesk, on-line ordering offers indivdual
users the convenience of always on, 24/7/365 service, plus the real
time visibility of cost and performance. The new system allows users
to raise, close and chase facilities management job requests, rate
performance and view cost and budget information. Access and functionality

View Open Jobs
Provides a summary of all open jobs which can be interrogated
individually for current status. Also provides the ability
to chase jobs not yet completed.
View Closed Jobs
Provides that ability for the user to view and interrogate
all completed jobs.
Rate The Contractor
Using a simple and easy to use 5 star rating system, a subjective
view of the contractors performance can be gathered following
every job.
The Dashboard
A customisable dashboard screen instantly displays a snapshot
of the most relevant works and budget data for your property
or across your portfolio.
Raise a Job
Provides full functionality to raise a service request. Data
gathered when commencing the service enures that the system
knows every property, asset and contractor throughout the
portfolio, thereby enabling it to raise a request without
any operator intervention.
Review Your Budget
Real time summary and detail of current spend against budget
can be viewed by individual property.
